Coronary AV fistula
Coronary AV fistula as seen on a coronary angiogram of the left coronary system. The fistula is arising from a diagonal branch of the Left Anterior Descending Artery.
There is also a critical lesion in the LAD, just distal to the diagonal branch. This patient was having Angina and Exercise tolerance test was positive for inducible ischema. Successful Angioplasty was performed for the stenosis and no intervention was done for the fistula. The patient was symptom free on followup after 01 month.
