X-Ray Chest with a subtle finding

Chest X-ray PA view.

Look closely. Particularly the right heart border. Do you see anything? (I mean anything other than the shadow of the locket the patient was wearing, visible near the base of the heart!).
The right heart border has 2 shadows. This is the bookish finding for Mitral Stenosis; Double right heart border. The inner shadow is actually the Left Atrium. Left atrial dilation has made the chamber so easily visible on this X-Ray/

This particular X-Ray belonged to a young male who was admitted with shortness of breath and was later diagnosed to have Mitral Stenosis.
